Got a decent headache. Lifted until it reached a crescendo and then slammed two goody powders and hopped on the treadmill for easy cardio.

Christmas rolls:
Took turns starting in positions that we normally have trouble with. Fun stuff. Ended up getting Wilson more than he got me. Some slick armlocks were done and he got me with one helluva darce choke.

Now to work on some troublesome switch configs and wish I had a beer.

2020 Goals

So it’s soon to be 2020.

Fitness:
I’m shooting for 60 reps @ 2x32kg in LC, MS numbers and do more BJJ. Hoping to get a ruck race in as well, time permitting. Other than that, there’s not much.

Other:
Finish my BS and continue growing as an network engineer.

What about you guys?

It sounds similar to my own approach of slowly working and building the middle range of 50-70%, with a very occasional push to higher percentages. The focus being the build a daily norm, that will slowly grow. It’s worked well for GS lifts.
