Mobility and stretching 20 mins, hips, hamstring and quad focused using bodyweight, kettlebell and bands

BJJ, half guard bottom defenses versus knee slide and back step, 5 x 5 minute rounds rolling, felt sick during the last roll, used my big girl pants and carried on.

1 hour riding some local trails, it's been a while since I've ridden of road it was good fun, finished up with some stretching using bands for 20 mins

Not really losing any weight, I need to eat like an adult, ditch the sugar and get rid of the nutella, that stuff is like crack cocaine to me.

40 minutes ride in a hilly area, been a while since I've rode, was pretty tired by the end.

Jiu jitsu, passing drills and armbar drillz from side control, rolled light, was good to be back at it even if it was light rolling.
