I've been doing 10 min sets with the 32 and the 36, alternating hands every min, and have found that there is a noticeable difference in both overhead strength and general conditioning. The 28s feel light now and it seems that I'm able to breath easier during my doubles work. Good to hear - I think...

Thanks Dunn! I only lift the 36kg occasionally, but I think it is is good for lockout-stability, grip strength and 2nd dip practice. OA LC with 32kg improved a lot after very little 36 lifting. The supersets were just weird and awkward, not tyring. Might try it again but with something like 8reps-8reps. Should be good theoretically....
