My wife agrees.

Good one Beef. I have my parents over at the moment, you wouldn't believe how many empty Moretti bottles there are on my balcony.

I had a problem registering on the site when I wanted to buy due to being a non US resident. I asked Bill Fox to find out at maxercise what I had to do. They contacted me the very same day and the DVD got to Italy about four days later. Very good service.

Stig, there is a site in England who sell DD products. I got Steve's first DVD from there. It'll get to you quicker too.

I wonder how many blades there will be in twenty years time. When I was a kid double blades didn't exist yet, now there are five.

Thanks to Makena plugging this so much I bought it. This routine REALLY leaves you feeling 'oiled'. Most of the exercises are easy to perform, but a few I had to think about. It is a warm up, warm down, joint mobilty, stretch out and active recovery all rolled into one. Steve Maxwell's motto is 'It'...

Mike,

One other thought I had whilst watching the DVD was about the MP. Pavel really makes a point of keeping the shoulder down in his vids but you didn't didn't mention it (unless I missed it). Is there a reason? Is it because it's a two KB MP?

Mike,

One thing though, when you said 'Live life aggressively' at the end the cheeseometer shot up about 256 points. I'd leave that one out in the next DVD if I were you. BTW when will you start calling yourself just 'Mike'?

Finished watching it today. This DVD is well worth the money and delivers what it says in the product description, unlike many other products on the market. The explanations are very clear and the quality is perfect. If you want to get big, strong or both with KBs, buy it.
