Doughboy Jim Robertson!! Long time no see! I lost your email addy. It's bad here now . Mostly a bunch of PC pussies trying to convert everybody to having manners and politeness bullshit. Re: Iron Garm History question

Doughboy Pizza Fortress! How's it going? My fave was Jesus Christ, RKC! Sup, Darth? I have no idea why I decided to check in on this place. I still lol at some of the shit that went down. I was banned multiple times from DD and here. Brandon Metal Fortress was the inspiration for that name. IIRC, H...

Re: Iron Garm History question

It went from DD to Microsoft groups in 4 or 5 versions because of @,.. then here. Garm paid the initial server/domain,.. then it was kept up technically by Dave Randolph, then Mario via connection to Steve Cotter. Andy is right. Freido played censor monkey. I was the Moderator at the first Offtopic...

Re: Iron Garm History question

His story holds up for a while, but it becomes apparent that Garm had been hoodwinking people for a long time. His participation drops until he eventually disappears, occasionally popping back in. Tech issues are handled by Dave, and then Mario. Not only did his participation drop but he might have...

It may intuit well that if you can pull a 250 pound deadlift 21 times coming to the lift at a heart rate of 180 beats per minute, then 500 pounds for a single at a resting heart rate is perhaps manageable.
Is he implying that heart rate is somehow related to limit strength?

The Steve Freides memorial kettlebell training log

Comrades,

After much thought I have decided to start a new log.

My goals are to achieve drop dead sexiness and maximum rep counts in the kettlebell ballistic lifts.

Hey STROY Have you noticed anything from the Flameout yet? Is it really worth $25 for 22 days supply? Yep. I'd keep it up for skin benefits alone, given the BJJ can be tough on it and the winter is brutal. Very pleased. I may go off it in a couple months to see if things lag, but at the moment it's...

I already take Member's Mark coated fish oil capsules (switched back from flax) and have for months now. It is cheap and only the occasional foul burp arises. As for the benefits: Who knows? But it makes me feel good to take them. It's like I really care about my body and want to be fit or something...

Fuck Andrey. When you snatch with the corckscrew the bell travels around your wrist on the way up, instead of flipping over. Takes less juice. Now post some pictures of your girl holding a sign that says: "I'd fuck Fat Cat for free." Thanks for the clarification. I had always used a corkscrew motio...
