Re: ::::::::::GUAVA FORTRESS::::::::::

From what I'm reading, you seem to be following the Not Doing Jack Shit template (only the main lifts with little or no assistance at all). Which was explicitly not recommended by Wendy (at least for sustained periods of time). But, apparently, you are thriving on it, which I find pretty interestin...

Re: Squat Assistance Exercises

Thanks for the suggestions and videos guys! As far as goals go, it's just to continue to progress on the squat for the longest amount of time possible by making sure I'm taking a well rounded approach, with appropriate assistance.

2020.01.23PM; Cycle 11, Week 4, Day 2...deload week continues with some light stuff. This was actually so light I question the usefulness of it, but it was programmed so I shut up and did it.

1. Squats
95 x 5
115 x 5
140 x 5

2. Bench Press
80 x 5
100 x 5
120 x 5

3. Ring Chins 3 x 5

Aloha!

Re: Squat Assistance Exercises

We both do hip belt squats using two blocks, about the size of a box squat box. Cheap as fuck. 40KG is probably good for something. in the hi rep category (25 plus). https://www.amazon.com/Spud-Loading-Olympic-Plates-Pulldowns/dp/B0125CU38E/ref=asc_df_B0125CU38E/?tag=bingshoppinga-20&linkCode=df0&h...

Re: What to make of the election?

I have to assume FC is just shitposting at this post. This issue isn't whether we'd have been better off with HRC. The point is that we have grossly improper and probably criminal acts committed on a near daily basis by a federal employee, in this case the President. Obstruction of justice, bribery...

BW lunges, weighted calf raises, hack squats, pistols, swings. I may be in the minority but I’ve never liked good mornings as they just don’t feel good to me. Ymmv, of course. I hear you. I have only had them as part of my rotation for a few months, and the jury is out to be sure. I do them really ...

Re: What to make of the election?

And if what you are saying is true, why wouldn't you want Trump's advisors' exonerating testimony and and their contemporaneous notes being entered into the record? You can't be exonerated where there is no wrongdoing, so from there point of view it is consistent. GAO said withholding was a crime. ...

Squat Assistance Exercises

https://i.redd.it/qc01uuibmbd31.png Frens, I am planning my next month's lifting. I will have a day each of press, dead, bench, and squat (not necessarily in that order). Following the main lift, I will have one or two assistance exercises. My question for you is this: what are some decent assistan...

Know/not know are, in fact, mutually exclusive. Moving on, what Trump asked Zelensky to do was to work with the US Attorney General to look into whether Joe Biden had intervened in Ukrainian affairs to protect his son from a corruption investigation. There's no evidence of any of that. Trump did no...

Re: What to make of the election?

I am pretty sure Hunter Biden was completely unaware of efforts to coerce our ally to provide a personal political favor by illegally holding back funds, and would have absolutely nothing to contribute to the case at hand (Trump's corrupt actions and obstruction) with his testimony. Might as well s...

You know that Hunter Biden is at the very center of this affair so I don't know what point you think you're making. I know that all Republicans are garbage ZOG puppets, but you actually believe that the Democrats are better. Sad!

Re: What to make of the election?

Fats, is it acceptable to suspend U.S. aid ($400M) illegally to get a foreign power to deliver political dirt on a rival? That's what happened. That's only one possible framing of the situation. Another would be, is it appropriate for the president to withhold foreign aid contingent upon cooperatio...
