The castle itself and history is pretty cool if you get a good guide. I felt the tours were a bit of a rip off since there are four separate $25 tours and no way to get a full tour without taking the tram back and forth from the visitor center to the castle. Yup deload and finding some working weights. I'll have to mess with the inclines a bit. I had to take my grip in a little to get my right shoulder comfortable with it

Started jumping rope again - felt pretty good
Bench 105x5, 125x5, 155x5
Inclines worked up to 185x3 then 205x1 - these were pretty easy but felt awkward. I have no idea whether its advisable to touch the chest with the bar.
