Creative Zen stone + mp3 player (2gb)

I like it! Ideal for intervals etc, small and 2gb memory is plenty. Comes with some shitty headphones though. As for usability - if you have sausage fingers don't bother - although there is a need to double tap the on-off and track selection buttons as it prevent skipping when working out. Sound qua...

How is the cardio coming along.

Ive recently re-discovered the joy of hill sprints. We have a fucking great hill near me and no-on ever walks up it. Makes for a mean lung burning session. Am currently doing 2x per week.

Ill start a log soon.

give a 1:2 work rest ratio a try for your intervals.. like 30s on, 60s active recovery - walking...x7-10 to start off with. What does this mean? ok - ill go into more detail... when someone with no base starts to train (conditioning wise, not strength), they would probably be good to go on a 1:3 or...

29/05/07 The C2R arrived today. Bolted it together and tried to learn a decent rowing stroke. Wouldn't really call it a training session more of a getting to know each other session. My legs do feel a bit funny now though. search through crossfits videos of the day - they have several c2 vids that ...

the rates are automatically calculated from USPS They get a lot of international Fraud orders, and almost a quarter of international USPS services are lost, both of which lead to overall zero profit or losses on international orders. They are working on the freight problems. All's this does is poin...

Met-Rx Big 100 colossal MRP bar

By FAR the tastiest snack bar/mrp thing i have ever had. I normally make my own using oats, whey, apple sauce, raisins etc etc but saw some newly arrived bars at a local store. Have to say they are tastey. Breakdown is: - 420kcals 14g fat (8g sat fats - NO trans fats) 43g carbs (3g fiber, 25g simple...

I made the same observation. I ordered the training templates booklet. Its mighty small but i figured it would clarify a few thing for me..

Charged over $20, actual Cost $2

Ive ordered goods since but that was on a special offer day. Id never order on a 'regular' day.

Re: Gillette Fusion Stupid Razor

did you notice the one blade on the back of it? i thought it was a good shave but totally overpriced blades. incidently the blade on the back is for the sideburns/boards (whatever), and near your nose/lip. Good but pricey blades imo. Um, please note the repeated use of the term "single blade" in my...

Re: Gillette Fusion Stupid Razor

I received one of these in the mail yesterday; I have no idea why. I offered it to my sweetie for shaving her lamington, but she said no. So I tried it. It has 5 (5!!!) blades on one side of the head. Because that gives it a half-inch width and makes it awkward to use unless your entire head and fa...

The ladder equation, why people fail with ladders

recently posted on DD - 'Ladder sets are meant to be submaximal, a skill practise and used less frequently than other types of GTG. The major mistakes people make with ladders are, using them to frequently, pushing the top number to far and not resting enough between sets. The entire idea of ladders...
