Shaf- these worked really well for my bench...so thanks.
The beauty of this is that im done training in 30-40 minutes.
Does anyone have any experiece in programming this for the bench/squat/dead?
Would a simple progression like this work
Mon - Squat
Tues - Bench
Wed- Deadlift
Repeat
