Re: Will anyone be rooting for the Falcons?

Patriots and I understand why everyone hates them. Been rooting for them for 42 years, even when they sucked donkey balls. If I knew more fans like you I'd probably still be a Pats fan. Nouveau pink hats turned me off to start and the obsessive martyr complex (if you are fighting with people on soc...

Re: Isaac Hays Template/2 Day Strength Routine

If you are not training for a real sport or a competitive lifting sport (and I include BBing in this), the things you will and can do regularly are the key. In sport often you really need to do what you don't want to do or suck at, but in the long view of looking good Nekkid and not dying of preven...

If it is with the IGX Dude who likes Big Chicks yes, absolutely worth it.
Even without, the progressions are nice...it's a good scaffolding to hang O-lifting 101 & 102 on

I love this inside baseball stuff about kettlebells. Cressey linked something about pitchers throwing weighted balls the other day...how long until STRONG FIRST LEADER ONE suggests a 5 pound kb instead?

The Whole30 folks are/were weird. IDK, seems like he's just slightly behind the time. I can't seem to get through Strong Medicine. Haven't read "Eat Meat and Stop Jogging"...I did read Grant Peterson's "Eat Bacon and Stop Jogging" which is a simple read with a similar message. I did find a 48 lb but it's a Canadian company that doesn't ship to the States. Bummer. Looked cheap and chincy...perfect.
