Not too bad, was told I didn't even look tired when I set the bells down. The cardio is differnt with these, I experienced more overall fatigue than lung burn.

Was dreading it, planned poorly for the day. But, it wasn't nearly as bad as it looked on paper. Learned some things about saving my grip that I can apply moving forward.

Got a little rough toward the end, had the roll the bells through the shoulders on the last 4-5 reps. But, surprised myself a little. Cardio was good, grip a little weak on the right hand.
