Pretty lazy couple of weeks didn't really feel like doing anything.
On the bright side I bailed on my stupid mcdojo bullshit and singned
up for BJJ/submision wrestling and absolutly love it. Why was I not doing this years ago?

50x Sandbag shouldering 100lbs took only 9 min. should have used a heavier bag and will next time
