I just watched Steve Cotters Mastering the pistol and give it the Thumbs up. He did a real good job on this product. He broke it down to Balance drills, flexibility, warm up and 3 levels of strength training for the pistol. Everything is laid out in a nice easy to follow progression. Good Job Steve....
