Been doing the simple&sinister thingy pretty much daily, with goblet squats to warm-up.
The template works really well for me right now. Leaves enough time and energy for everything else and takes care of everything not taken care of by the climbing.

Tried the kettlebell complex fromt pavel's blog. Clean, Press, Front Squat, Renegade Row; 1 rep each, pyramiding the press up to 5 reps and back down to one. Used the 24's. Took two weeks off for travel and the holidays.

Easing in again today:
some hangs on the climbing wall, some pull-ups, etc.
Dips 1-10, 1-8, 1-8 ladders, 1x23 = 150 reps
Neck Bridge holds on the top of each ladder

So wall hangs, heavy club swings, various dips on rings and isometric squat work yesterday.
Today some more heavy club work, some low stance work, a set of 50 hindu push-ups and some mobility work to cool down.

Bouldering's suprisingly social. A much more productive way to spend an evening in front of the TV!

Oh yeah, we went to the bouldering hall yesterday. Solid 2.5 hour session, good times.

Mediocre bouldering session on friday night.
Yesterday, I did a session of dips (ring and bar), isometric squats and various climbing wall holds and pull-ups.
Today same thing, but with Ring support holds, dip- and push-up shrugs.

Tried the barbarians challenge on thursday. 5 muscle-ups, 45 dips, 25 pull-ups, 55 push-ups, 1 muscle-up (actually 5, but fuck no). Took way too long. This is a fun challenge, ut I couldn't even finish a solid set of 5 straight bar muscle-ups because of the fatigue of the prior day's bouldering sess...

3 hour session on the home boulder wall

it's a relatively small wall (1.5x3m) so just short, hard routes, plenty of rest, plenty of socializing, messed up hands

Today, 40 minutes of calisthenics, muscle-ups, various push-ups, dips, jumps and squats; playground workout at home...

Finished up the home bouldering wall. 45 degree overhang, some nice holds. Built some routes for 2 hours with friends.

Today I did some isometric deadlifts alternated with ring strength series.

Yesterday I did some free HeSPU practice, followed by a bunch of handstand holds (close, narrow, wide), alternated w/ 30sec holds of isometric deadlifts at various heights.
Finished up with some yoga.

Today I just did a 15min yoga session to stretch out from all the sitting I'm doing lately.
