Grip & Longevity Article by Jamie Lewis

It's ironic that he left this place after a few months back in what, 2011?, because it was presumably too fucked up for him.

I really like the old CnP blog, especially the profiles of "badasses". And he was a strong dude. Hope he can turn it around.

I dunno man... is this the old IGX address? I thought at one point like a year or two ago it had moved. Then I couldn't log in and may have emailed mario. now it seems to be working. Maybe I am just old af and misremembering stuff.

Bring Back rant

"Ligature" is probably not the right word but it is a very good word. MD 20/20 blue flavor and Boone's Farm bottles on the floor. Because WGM's "friends" were well I think you can guess. Days Inn should be Super 8. More fitting somehow. Rippetoe released the texts and mpegs of S...

Covid news

I've been wearing a mask lately when I'm sick. Its cold season here in MA so my young kids are constantly sick and getting both my wife and I sick.

Aside from that, i hadn't worn one since early '21 except in a few local businesses that asked politely.

Btw i thought this place moved?

Re: Would someone explain why the stock market is soaring when we are facing a devasting depression

A lot of the positive returns you're seeing now are just the result of the panic-induced sell off recovering once everyone realized the world wasn't ending. The S&P is still down significantly off its high. Q2 earnings are going to be a disaster for a lot of businesses, but as long as investors ...

A true gose, without any gayed up fruit puree, is more salty than sour. They're great on hot summer days. Agree w the "craft beer is dead" sentiment. I'm not so pissed about the barrel aging as I am about fucking pastry stouts. Why are they putting goddamned tiramisu in beer? The milkshake...

Kevin Spacey is gayer than puff daddy and more of a pedo than R kelly.

Bump. Craft beer is dead a casualty of the fuckin hazecan revolutionz. I drink bud lights now. Joking but not joking... Ive been on a pilsner kick for a while and the craft breweries are catching on to making good lagers very quickly. I will occasionally drink Treehouse or other neipas but I'm kinda...

Fuzzy, those look like awesome trails. Bram, nice ride! Just picked up a new gravel bike to replace my cross bike. We have endless gravel where I live. Got a Giant Revolt. Carbon frame, hydraulic disk brakes, 40 mm tires. I’m digging it. It can handle double track and not too dicey single track jus...

Re: Mountain Bike Thread

I did not get rained out. Thursday was beautiful. And definitely one of the best rides of my life. The Sentinel is a siiiick ride, needs some speed to feel playful but it pedaled up great and bombed down. I had to walk two sections of upper Bennet (the hairpin and the sketchy drop) but the rest of t...

I am headed down this week. I'll try to take some pics. Plan is to ride up Avery Creek, down Bennet, up Clawhammer down Black Mountain. We'll see if I have anything left after that.
