Thanks gentlemen. I appreciate your thoughts. More drama unfolds but the decision to switch was one of the best I ever made. The gracie humaita me would destroy the gracie barra me and it would be ugly.

Feeling pretty sore and beat up from the past 3 days. This was a much lighter day of some pushups, body rows, squats, ab stuff and mobility just to get the blood flowing. Followed by 10:00 meditation.
