You mean alternating like those?

I tried those shields (light ones at 22kg each) and even the regular 2 arm floor press gave my pecs the wildest contraction.
I use that rolling press with 2 KB as a fun lift and enjoy it.

no need to post much for now, until I come back from holidays.
basically doing 3 days of sled dragging, lunges, sprints, throws in small doses + 3-5 days of push ups/ chins/ chest expender stuff throughout the day.

going to tray to stick to 100-150 push ups a day 3-5 days a week for a few months and see how it goes. will have to progress the variations.

tried walking lunges with 30kg on the sled. No way :-) Ended up ding the lunges with the bag on the shoulders dragging an empty sled for a few sets, then went and got 16kg and did 30reps x4 sets.

reverse drag, loaded carries, push ups, done.

Thanks Zak, I'm thinking of alternating the press/chins days with Simple Sinister days until the end of July. Then a friend of mine might even be ready with a squat rack he's welding for me, so I'll put more leg back into the mix.
