There are a lot of other examples of possible AAS use in the Xfit crowd..this one's marginal for me. On the old thing I think it comes down to what type of mileage you're coming into it with...I'm fairly high mileage guy approaching 40 and am consistently hitting PR's in strength stuff and can easi...

On the 40 year old thing, I believe that some strength sports (such as powerlifting) athletes can actually continue to improve into their 40s. Oly lifting is the exact opposite; I would see boxing and other speed/skill CNS type sports being the same. I got no clue where xfit would fit on that scale....

Neutragena (sp) spray on waterproof has saved my large arse.

IMO, Muscledriver bells are comparable to K2s. Handle feels bigger than DD or AKC, but they serve their purpose and you can't go wrong with the price.

It's a piece of steel/scrap iron with a handle on it.

The fuss about it is laughable.
