The Sentinel is a siiiick ride, needs some speed to feel playful but it pedaled up great and bombed down. I had to walk two sections of upper Bennet (the hairpin and the sketchy drop) but the rest of t...

Re: Mountain Bike Thread

I am headed down this week. I'll try to take some pics. Plan is to ride up Avery Creek, down Bennet, up Clawhammer down Black Mountain. We'll see if I have anything left after that. I rented a 2018 Bronson (edit) , before the shock position change, up at Santa's Village bike park near big bear last ...

Week of 4/29/19 M: walk and pushups (no time for gym today) T off W off R: ride 16.5/2800... This was a killer. I cramped up on the last climb and had to stop a couple times otw up. I have eaten the gummies. Seems to help with anxiety, puts me in a good mood and larger dose puts me to sleep. Haven't noticed anti inflammation.

I'm back, will see if I can keep this up. It's been 5 years since I blew the disc's in my neck, my son is now 3, I've got another otw, and I'm back on the east coast. Lot of life changes. Re: How Do You Cook Your Turkey?

Way fuckin late on this but I do the "Judy Bird". Don't judge the picture on the webpage. Comes out great. Wet brine is kinda gross to me in texture so I like this dry brine style but needs at least 2 days to re-absorb the juices and another night to dry out of the bag. I think goin tits down for th...

Re: GGG/Alvarez

I was OK with the draw I guess. Canelo did land a lot of good shots, even if GGG walked through them, they still landed. Couple uppercuts, couple overhand rights. I think GGG controlled the whole fight, landed his jab consistently and landed some good power shots. All the while backing Canelo into t...

I was back east recently and my parents brought up some Cigar City Jai Alai and Florida Cracker. They were both good. Love that the JA wasn't on this hazy bandwagon.

Wish i could get Cigar City out on CA.

Re: Deadlift w/ hex plates

Im probably pulling in the low to mid 400s, FWIW. not strong but its certainly enough weight to pop a disc if technique is sloppy from starting crooked.

Either way, touch and go has been working, though i feel like im cheating a little.
