Fathead's "Spooky Tooth" sounds like what you descibed, but I'm not sure about nat'l distribution, I think they are from Xleveland.
Southern Tier's "Pumking" is my favorite, but it's more in the 8.5-9% range iirc.

"Compressions only" has more to do with sustained cardiac output during resuscitation than anything else if I understand correctly. The not filling the stomach with air and causing a pukey infectious mess (for rescuer and victim) is a big bonus though, too. Like Dunn said, quality CPR save...
