Re: Louis CK says smartphones suck
This was all over my Facebook newsfeed posted by people saying "right on Louis!" Yet most of them most likely posted that shit using their smartphone. I get what he's saying and all that shit but I find that most people who rip on smartphones, own smartphones and do all the stuff on their ...

Re: Dave Ramsey
Avoiding debt I agree with. Avoiding credit altogether? Not so much. That was the first thing that struck me as odd about him, and most of what I know is from people I work with who know him, people who have bought his stuff and a few times I've looked at reviews on Amazon for some of his books. A ...

Re: BD and Al, let's talk 24" BMX Cruisers
My cousin scored this for me from a dude off Craigslist for 75 bucks. He says its in excellent condition and for 75 bucks I won't go apeshit if someone steals it from our underground parking lot. Apparently the seller bought it years ago and just never got around to really using it. Now his wife wan...

I can't recall where I read this but I remember reading something a couple of years ago about how there was a transcript of an interview L Ron Hubbard did back in 1981 where he admitted that he created Scientology as a joke.

I really like G10 scales but they absolutely destroy your pockets.
ZT's G10 isn't as aggressive in texture compared to my Emersons though.

I liked this Superman flick because they made it more of a sci fi movie as opposed to just a pure superhero movie.

Re: Looking for a new knife
I have one of those on my keychain (along with my mini x light)as well. It was on sale for 10 bucks so I thought "what the hell." I've been pleasantly surprised at how useful it's been for me.
On the odd occasion I ONLY just grab my keys, I'm pretty much covered for most tasks.

I would like a small flashlight The Streamlight nano light seems to get good reviews on Amazon. I EDC a mini X 123 by 4 Sevens. The light is smaller than my thumb but can max out at 210 OTF lumens. http://i626.photobucket.com/albums/tt343/vudoo_01/IMGP2106.jpg Prior to that I EDC'd a Preon 2 penlig...

Re: Looking for a new knife
How are you liking the XE6?
I was looking at it as a possible edc multi tool and travel multitool as well.
Either that or the wave but I'm thinking the wave might be a bit too much. More along the lines of something I would keep in my car.

I have the desert tan V ground version.
One thing to consider though is that tanto blades can be a little tougher to sharpen.
