Very nice toy. Steve Cotter suggested one a while back. Nice for low back, abdominal, and oblique/quadratus work. Squatting BW on this engages the upper hams, I think, due to having to stay centered so you don't fall off. Kind of an incidental or accidental feature. Doing any type of pressing and us...
