Upgraded based on this thread. No big deal. Things look a bit different and I never use the Window's screen, just the old desktop.. so...
It did take over Adobe pdf and replaced it with Windows pdf reader.

So has anyone found or started using any Apps that are game changers?

Yes.. much of my life was spent locked in a theater for 60 to 100 hours per week. You can imagine the health and training benefits of that combined with effect on family life.

Don't know the age, but get a blood work up with complete hormonal including all aspects of Thyroid. I'm around a lot of women in my age group who have to play chemist to manage, along with fitness, diet, etc..

The 45 is frightening at first. It is good for what it is,.. a tool that really slams the shoulders, grip, bracing, etc.
