I have destroyed my right shoulder on more than one occasion doing fucking kipping pullups, over head squats, and snatches. Don't hate the snatches man. Just because @f1t has you doing them for sets of 75, doesn'T eman the lift is bad. Same goes for OH squats.... I really can't defend kip pull-ups ...

When I want to find a .pdf I type something like "[newsletter name] rapidshare" and a result comes up. In this case, the first result at the time of my search led me to issues 1-40 of said journal.

I liked it as well.
It's nothing earth shattering really and I didn't really learn a lot fo new stuff, though some of the push.up variations are pretty neat.

The price is pretty high but that's nothing some googling can't solve...

A good friend of mine, Rapi Dshar'e, lent me a copy of the Zen Master's super awesome course. Since I'm posting this in the review section, I'll try to structure it a bit: Quality: sucks. The text looks like it was written with a typewriter, the pictures are blurry, bad lighting... overall it sucks....
