Re: TacFit Commando - Recruit Mission 1, 2, & 3 - Review
I am slowly peeling away the layers of all the BB shit I did in the 80's/90s and from sitting down all day at work, IT guy. I do BB shit all the time and don't feel any of those layers you're talking about. I can also do most of the basic JM stuff that supposedly "peels away the layers", ...

Fats, yes.
I enjoyed it a lot, but it's a straight b-movie.
Cheap production, crappy actors and all. If you're into that type of stuff, the movie's definately watchable.

Re: Shutter Island
I thought the movie felt kind of like an hommage to times before special effects and omnipotent cameras.
Very oldschool cinematography and soundtrack, whch I enjoyed, though the intensity of the music was very overdone inb some parts.
I didn't read the book, but the movie was good entertainment.

What's up with all the recent german movies hitting international cinema? This is a complicated subject. What's up with German language television? I've been outta the loop for a while. Is there anything decent from the last couple of years? No. The overall quality of german TV is pathetic. Most of...

Re: Der Baader Meinhof Komplex (2008)
Honestly, I was reluctant to go see this movie. Since the impact of the RAF is still so fresh, the topic isn't yet discussed with objectivity at all (in Germany). So the fear was, that this movie would suck balls big time, portraying the members of the first RAF as a caricature of themselves, ie. a ...

I just watched Spider Man 3 again. It’s not the greatest movie, but it does deal a lot with sin and redemption.
