an update-- after quickly responding to my request, k2 shipped me new replacement bag, free of charge. (i like the fact that they use dhl to get stuff to you quickly.)

mine broke the first time i worked out with it. i dropped it from my shoulder to the ground and it exploded. catastrophic structural failure. looking forward to them sending me a replacement though, as i like the design.
