Are you really this fucking stupid? Are these not products? Does my request for a product review & recommendation confuse you somehow?
People review products here, they don't ask about them.

Shut the fuck up.

IIRC = if I recall correctly. You may need to post to forum.dragondoor.com to get an answer. Most of the international GSers post there more frequently. My guess is somebody from the Russian Federation can put you in touch with the head of ze German federation, who can tell you where to go.

DD has upgraded to a powder coat finish. Don't know if this is the one you're talking about but it's supposedly very nice.

Interesting. I read about them using it to add massive calories without getting fat, which I thought was pretty ingenious.

Do you find this type of diet is keeping you pretty lean? I would think it does.

No shit? They've got Marty Gallagher and Ed Coan shilling for them. They also have a cookbook out on pan frying with the stuff.

I remember being surprised a while back when you said you did a lot of cooking with coconut oil. Do you just not worry about the saturated fat?

Coconut milk is heavy on saturated fat, though it also has MCTs. Obviously people are walking around eating it with no problem, but saturated fat + starch kills by almost anybody's standard. You might consider getting a real MCT oil (Parrillo sells a good one) rather than coconut milk if you want to...

That $200 would cover 80% of the cost of a power rack from NYBB, which the linked device attaches to. I'm sure the Landmine is a kickass product, I just see NYBB's as being a much, much better value.

Kickass shaving products

After years of 5 o'clock shadow by noon and wondering why I run a razor over my face and still see whiskers, I bought a shaving brush and real shaving cream (not foam or gel). It freaking rules. Modern shaving products are a good example of things getting worse with newer technology. Once the brush ...

Consider a shaving brush and real shaving cream (not foam or gel). Makes a difference.

I have a hard enough time getting a close shave that I'd consider using a straight razor if I didn't have to go to work everyday during the learning phase with 1/2" cuts on my face.
