The Iron never lies to you. You can walk outside and listen to all kinds of talk, get told that you’re a god or a total bastard. The Iron will always kick you the real deal. The Iron is the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver. Always there like a beacon in the pitch black.

I have found the Iron to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go. But two hundred pounds is always two hundred pounds. – Henry Rollins.

And 200lbs, Henry, is weak. And pathetic for a grown man unless you are doing curls, which obviously you can't. Another db...maybe you ought to try @fit. You are a Target board shorts display killer in training if i ever saw one.

I know they've played together on stage, but I would love to see a fight between Rollins and this guy:

Rollins looked pretty big when I saw them play in 96.He seems to have dropped weighttraining now though.
Does Danzig still do martial arts?

Rollins was and is a retard but I liked his piece on Iron.

A member of the P+B corresponded with him via email for a while, and Rollins said he pulled and squatted 515 lbs.

I've emailed him before. He said he pulled 525 for singles.
