Oh I'm sure they have photos of Hunter. It's just more likely it's a Russian spearphishing attack that was sent to Trump's attorney's attorney rather than a repair shop, and the there won't ultimately have been any meeting between Joe and any of these people.
Good grief, you're criticizing others for spurious claims? Do you have any evidence? Isn't Joe Biden on film talking about what he did to Shokin?
No, that's how the Hillary emails were accessed, and the American IC says those attempts continue, so it is "more likely." I'm not claiming to know, I'm saying Rudy's story makes no sense.

Bear in mind this information was allegedly in the hands of Rudy and law enforcement before and during during the months-long Bursima investigation that the GOP-led Senate committee led, and they concluded over a year later that there was nothing there. So you have to believe that either a) Rudy and the FBI didn't turn this over to the committee for over a year, or b) they did and the Republican Senators concluded it was bullshit.

A real story could be shopped to any conservative reporter. Instead it was published by a young Hannity producer who worked for CPAC's media arm who has never been a journalist. In other words, "not a reporter."

Why? Well, real reporters talked to the repair guy today, and as you can predict, it didn't go well if you are Rudy.

Lincoln Project is saying there are three more similar stories set to drop in the Post, and they aren't likely to be real either.

Lincoln Project? Hahahahah

What is your actual argument?

Is it all fake? Part of it fake?

Does Hunter not smoke meth?

Does he smoke meth but this is fake?

Are the emails fake?

What is your point?

This is a story put out by Trump's lawyer, written by "not a reporter," and this guy is the star witness who had a relationship with Trump's lawyer:

This information if true would be over a year old. If it was remotely credible, the Bursima investigation, led by Republican Senators, would have certainly said so when they wrapped up last month.

So is it false or what?

I still don't know what your point is.

Which part? The repair shop origin story is clearly false. The picture of the FBI subpoena appears to be possibly unrelated to Hunter/Bursima. The GOP Senate, who would presumably prefer to remain in the majority, knows more than we do and didn't think there was anything damaging. There are pictures of Hunter doing drugs, which we already knew he did. That's what's been established so far today.

Again: Which part?

1. Key parts have been shown to be clearly false
2. The relevant GOP committee thinks there's nothing there, despite incentives
3. Rudy was apparently unable to convince any published journalist in America that the story is true

You're desperately licking Rudy's balls on a story that the GOP Senate and all of print journalism does not believe.

This seems like a really good defamation case (Hunter is not a public figure) and one where an injunction against Giuliani would be granted fairly easily.

Have any of the Bidens claimed it's false and defamatory?

I know they're concerned about the hard drive itself which seems strange to me...

I think Biden sold influence and was crooked, even if nothing is able to be prosecuted.

But the coverup by Big Tech is worse than the crime itself, and far more disturbing.

Really is a head scratcher why Biden's lolyers are focusing on the chain of custody and not the veracity of the documents...

The docs are bullshit

It's just an effort to get the words "Biden" and "emails" in the news.

Why hasn't Biden or his lolyers moved for an injunction and filed suit for defamation?

They're only interested in the provenance and chain of custody?

The FBI has had the laptop for i think two years...

Not quite. We know that these were personal pictures, and that they likely do come from his personal computer. You're repeating quite a lot of things as established fact that are not in my mind. So, let's go back to the beginning and recap what we know and what we don't know. From the beginning now, why was Hunter Biden put on the board of Burisma?

So you think Hunter took a selfie of himself asleep with a crack pipe in his mouth? Or saved a picture of it?

Or did some POS sell it to someone else?

New stuff coming out. Good strategy to release it in waves.

Hunter to his kid in a text: “I’m paying for everything in this family for 30 years. But unlike pop I won’t make you give me half your salary”

Established for quote some time now:
Hunter's an addict
Bursima put him on the payroll in the hopes of influencing US policy
Influence on policy was not achieved

This has been thoroughly previously investigated by Republicans, during a time period in which they would have had this allegedly new data.

Biden lied multiple times by saying he knew nothing about Hunters business dealings. Emails show he met with Hunters business partner. Text shows Hunter was paying Joe half his salary.

He also lied when he said he had nothing to do with the prosecutor being fired. Yet there is video of him sayin he did have a role and was in fact the messenger(whether EU wanted it done is irrelevant)

So that is multiple lies by Biden on this. Weird to lie so much over a nothingburger.

Can’t wait for more of this laptop to be released. I’m sure we’ll find out way more that lying liar Biden lied about.

Okay, so we agree that Hunter Biden was placed on the board of Burisma in the hopes of influencing US policy via corruption.

Not sure you can say that. Joe Biden is on record having pressured the Ukrainians to get rid of Shokin, who was investigating Burisma. I understand that Shokin is widely criticized, and may in fact be corrupt himself, but that hardly proves that no influence on policy was achieved. In fact, based on what is publicly known, it looks exactly like influence on US policy was achieved.

You don't know that at all. And you are assuming that the FBI investigated it properly, which you also don't know, and despite it being very clear that there are partisan players at the FBI.

You don't know that at all.
The GOP-led Senate investigation wrapped like three weeks ago. Rudy claims to have had this information throughout. If you believe his story, then you also have to believe that either a) Rudy declined to share this information with the Senate committee investigating the Bidens, or b) Rudy did share it, and it did not impact the outcome.

I do not believe Rudy would withhold this information from Republican Senators investigating the Bidens.

The GOP pols are just as corrupt and doing the same things as the DEMs especially those investigating this.

Brave move pinning your hopes on the GOP pols tho.

That's absurd. If any president has ever antagonized China, it's Trump, and even if they thought it might curry favor with him there's no evidence that he's done anything but tighten the screws on the Chicoms. All you've got here is sad whaddabouts. As for why Russians would want to see Trump win in 2016, probably due to the insane corruption and incompetence that the Democratic Party has brought to Eastern Europe since the 1990s. They would have to be insane to want another Clinton in the White House and I don't blame them in the slightest for behaving in their national interest.
