What was the chasing the chick thing all about? Any idea how far they ran and how much of a head start she got? What if she gets caught? Full on mongol ram-fest?

This is not chasing :) This is just 400 meters sprint :)
Comentator didn't say a word about that girl, may be she is local running star #-o

That crossfit guy adviced for beginners to use barbel's weight plate instead wooden plank. Weight plate easier because peg will have less freedom of moving.

I want one.

I think it'd be a great tool for flexibility for the hammer.

You are ex-wrestler, so it must be easier for you. I mean wrestlers often do bridges.

I'm not a real wrestler. Just a wannabe and it's been a long long time. I'm a chubby gym rat that throws now.

We did something like the peg in the board when I was a kid. Take a broomstick and put it in the corner - then go around it the same way these guys do - start with your hands fairly high and work down. When we could do that - then dad gave us a pop bottle in the corner - when you got that you went to one hand on the bottle. Most of the kids in my neighborhood learned to do it with just the one hand - it's not as bad as you think once you start working it.

My dad showed me this when I was a kid. We stated with a broomstick in the corner - then he had us do a pop bottle - then do it one handed on the pop bottle. My little sister could spin like a top on it when she was maybe 6 or 7 years old - I got to where I could do it fairly well but not that well. I had people try it after my Gripmas Carol grip contest one year - only a couple people did it.

Seems such drills easier for kids. One schoolboy did 500 reps.
