There are series of weeks. Almost identical.

Week consists of three workouts:
1. KBs of your working weight. 1-2-3 sets, your working temp, 2-3min.
2. Heavy KBs, 4-6min. Temp such as you able to work this time.
3. Light KBs, 6-10min. Comfortable temp.

Difference between weeks is 10-15%

Recommended series of weeks is: easy-hard-easy-middle-hard-easy-(10min test).
19 workouts in total.

Important 10-15% difference between weeks, not between workouts in one week.
