Pegtop... stopped training it for a while.
Parallettes and pegtop are both very tasking for shoulders, and after parallettes i just have no enough strength remaining for pegtop.

I have decided to go back to the GB (GST) Foundation 1 training for the long duration. It seems to be the best fit for my goals. Will add in swings and weight vest step-ups per Furman as well. And as much riding as possible, of course.
