I refuse to read any training article that doesn't have the headline "You've probably been doing X wrong your whole life".
Syaigh...I'll come right out and say it...he seems to be mining some of Lyle's materials (as do a handful of other online fitness folks I've seen). The sheer size of Lyle's back catalog of blog post, all of which are referenced and exhaustively researched has apparently attracted a following of folks who rewrite it and pass the material off as theirs.
He's stolen some of ours as well.

There's only no much information to shuffle around and most who have been in the game for a long time know most of it already. Seems to me everyone steals things from everyone else. Doing it too much or too blatantly is the problem. Once I read and digest a piece of information it's hard to remember several years later where it came from.
Yeah, I thought that's what Syaigh was getting at.
