I order a Bowtie.

I get a Slingshot and size 50 METAL PRO Briefs. The Briefs are fucking ridiculous.

This is only the third EliteFTS screw up I've had in like 6 orders.

Tate gets pissy if you bring this stuff up public ally but is quite receptive in private.

That being said 50% isn't a good %

They fucked up my first order with them in years royally.

Multiple emails, and sending the box back and forth twice. Finally said I wasn't going to pay for shipping to send it back again. Heard nothing.

Finally sent them an email saying, "I'm just not going to get my stuff, am I?"

Three weeks later, after no communication, I got the stuff I ordered and the stuff I was originally sent incorrectly, and it looked like the same damn box.

Soooo... Yeah.

So what you are saying is it is sort of like a dark side "Let's make A Deal"?

I get horse meds from an island in the Pacific in the same amount of time I get an EFS order.

That sucks.

I've been ordering from them for over a decade now and never had a problem - usually get stuff very promptly. Do a lot of people have issues?

Boris:

I've been a customer since Dave opened. I bought a sled when his project list was a photocopied single sheet of paper. I've had great luck, like when they got my SSB to me in 18 hours, and I've had poor luck, like this time or when I got a bunch of shirts and their screenprinter wasn't working right.

Customer service is on top of it. However, someone did tell them about this thread.

Regarding horse meds...the island is Vanuatu. The meds in question are omeprezole granules...https://www.abler.com/

If only it was something better.

Last winter I randomly got a package from them addressed to me. I figured my wife had ordered something for my birthday and I opened it up. Inside were a bunch of mini bands and some wrist wraps with an invoice to a woman in Tennessee.

I called them and asked how to send it back; they asked if I was serious. I sent it back to them after they sent me a return label.

Not a coincidence that some Powerlifters find their career choices limited to shipping clerk and titty bar bouncer.

So, still no bowtie. I'm a sucker for a sale so I picked up some new wristwraps and the 3XL knee sleeve (I have 2xl and 4xl and I hope this one is JUST RIGHT) and some leather straps to add to the shit I don't normally use.

Ordered Nov 9.

You should call and say you ordered a bowtie - they'll probably ask if you were serious.

They're notorious for combing boards and holding grudges when it comes to negative reviews or experiences. I had a collision with one member of the EFS team over something posted on another board. I was treated to a snide email, with some whining, about a post that had absolutely nothing to do with the topic at hand.

They wouldn't admit it, but they're fairly thin-skinned when it comes to criticism.

When you say "bowtie", do you mean the postural correction thing? I thought for a long time that those contraptions that dancers wear to correct posture would be a cool thing, but way too expensive for the average joe - evidently, more enterprising people thought the same.

I haven't ordered from EFS in years, and probably never will again. There are Canadian resellers from whom I can get the same things at reasonable prices without having to fuck around with customs brokerage.

I wanted to order some bands during their Black Friday/Cyber Monday specials, but there was some kind of glitch in their system, I guess... Every time, I clicked past a certain point it gave me some sort of error message and said to try again in 30 seconds. After about 30 minutes of that, I gave up.
