As far as I remember Mesterolone is both an aromatase inhibitor and oestrogen receptor antagonist, so manboobs should not be an issue with it.

This is my 'friends' experience, after a period of ridiculously high stress load involving personal matters drawn out over an artificially prolonged period. He went about things in as 'natural' a manner as possible.

1) Note the links between cortisol (stress hormone), SHBG Testosterone etc and also the involvement of the emotional centres of the brain and erectile dysfunction. Address these areas before dicking around (excuse pun) with prescription or illegal drugs... Meaning, get your head right, and get over whatever is stressing you out. This is obvious in 'obviously' stressful situations, but what's less obvious is the way background low-level but chronic stressors can also have a similar accumulated effect in this area. ALL people with any level of sexual dysfunction should consider their cock as the-canary-in-the-coalmine and take steps to address the accumulated stress of life that is playing out in their physiology.

2) Diet. Sorry for triggering those who prefer to go straight to pharmacological help rather than simply quit eating like a dumb fuck. Unhealthy diets are a physiological stressor (see point 1). Some things that seemed to work for my friend was eggs, they're a good source of AcH. Also healthy foods high in L-arginine and zinc seemed to help. Get your diet lean, mean, clean, and include that stuff.

3) A supplement called Metagenics Tribulus Synergy... These became nicknamed "The Volume Pills", due to the copious volume of a certain bodily fluid that resulted from their use. It created wood on demand (and sometimes when not demanded) along with a significant libido increase... It also seemed to have mild but noticeable positive effects on training performance and body composition. After word got out about 'The Volume Pills' I heard varying but mostly good results, one where it didn't have a noticeable result. I think it may depend on your existing levels of the various chemicals in the supplement... But it's cheap and worth a try.

4) A really well written dating profile with quality photos and a resultant queue of attractive, keen women contacting you does help (i.e. practice makes perfect - especially when there is zero emotional investment). If you're in a relationship (emotional investment), I advise being open about it, do numbers 1-3, lay off the pron and you should notice an upturn in results.

The zero-to-hero recovery took about 3-4 months and occurred 6 years ago. Now in his mid/late 40's, he still enjoys regular morning wood, has no concerns about performance in this area (and doesn't get any complaints either).

Good gains with heavy, but not grinding, strength training and riding fast motorcycles may have also helped during this rehabilitation.

This is just an n=1 anecdote and may mean nothing.

I snarfed a mouthful of coffee a few moments ago when I saw this thread had recently been replied to. But then I opened it and, like so many other IGX threads, quickly found some light in it...

I don't know about anybody else, but I always had morning wood growing up, and well into adulthood as well. Kenny X, waking up at the crack of dawn with a raging, impressive, vascular boner was a regular thing, even without benefit of my Legit Dick Steroids.

Now in my late 30's, with a demanding job and accompanying stress, two babies on the way, training, and aggressively dieting to get my weight down to 188, I've noticed that the frequency at which I wake up with impressive erections will dwindle, if I am not managing recovery and stress reduction properly.

When I was training for the Zydeco Half-Marathon, I didn't wake up with morning wood at all. That was scary. Same goes for when I was training for the LA Half (which in the end I DNF'd due to illness).

When I cut the running back to one day a week, that helped.

When I cut the booze down to one drink in the evening, that helped.

When I made sure not to eat below 100 grams of carbs on training days, that helped.

And going to bed by 9PM, and reading for an hour to settle my brain down, that helped.

Once I'd been doing the above for a a few weeks, BOOM! Boners almost every morning again. POW!

Point is, if you're an adult male and you're a hard man who works hard and trains hard, you can effectively gauge the efficacy of your recovery protocol by how hard your cock is every morning. And if you're a limp dick, it might be an indicator that something's out of whack.

Yep,I would be worried if I didn`t wake with one a couple of times a week.If I don`t I know that I have been working to hard and underrecovered.

SHBG is probably the most under-researched aspect of sexual health, especially in males. I have known of several cases of normal total test and ridiculously low free because of high SHBG. Normal low free high... Should make sense.

The Webz claim than Boron, magnesium, zinc and Tongkat Ali reduce SHBG. Curiously, low calorie diet drives it up. Again, this is the Wisdom of the Net. Mesterolone definitely binds to SHBG and increases free test. As always, I would never expect OTC supplements work as well as prescription drug.

After the first bottle you can try tapering off... dropping to 1 tab a day, 1 tab every other day then 2 a week etc... See how few you actually need (providing nutrition/stress and everything else is good). Then just use them as/if required.
