Tailwind Nutrition - their motto is all you need, all day. It's true. I've used it exclusively for 100 miles, 24 hour races, and shorter stuff as well.
No water, or any other fuel. No issues other than having to pee more frequently but since I'm generally out in the woods...

Thanks, fellas! Mixing coconut water and pickle juice has been working very well the past few weeks.
