Best youtube channel or free online resource for kb exercises?

Post by syaigh » Thu Jun 15, 2017 8:59 pm

I need to provide a reference for a class I'm teaching. I want good technique instruction and no guru bullshit. Anyone fit that description? If not, I'll take good technique.

Look up any of the youtube vids of Jeff Martone teaching the basic exercises. He breaks them down as well or better than anyone else and is decidedly non guru-ish with his approach. A good many of the instructional videos are uploaded by CrossFit since he's their KB instructor.

I don't claim to be an expert, but there's a lot of pre-RV Steve Maxwell and Mike Mahler stuff put out pre-Google analytics clickbait-analysis. Other than Pavel's books, it's how I learned (not discounting tips from OG IGxers of coarse).
