Any of you reformed cattleballers have a copy of Neupert's Kettlebell Muscle laying around that they'd sell? I know I'm late to the KB game, but I want to try a time-efficient double KB program after I do Rite of Passage. I'm also looking for Kettlebell Strong.

I've already gotten some good stuff from Dropbox.

Trying to avoid paying $37 for a 74 page book. Rather buy it used from one of you guys that doesn't need it.

Can't help you out with Neupert, but give Mike Mahler's double KB stuff a look too. Pavel's Fast Tens program is also a time efficient program.

I might have some in the archives, but not sure if I have that one.

I liked that Fast Tens program when I tried it years ago.

I was bored one day, and created an Excel template of KBM. You can type in your dates, and then print it out, so you can mark off your completed sets as you go. PM me if you’d like to have a copy.

If I remember correctly, ‘Fast Tens’ was the template for what became KBM. FYI, More Kettlebell Muscle is maybe even better, since it’s 20 individual double bell programs, where KBM is only one program.

I’ve been away from here for a few years, good to be back!

BTW, if you want the "Fast Tens" program it's here: https://www.dragondoor.com/assets/1/15/ ... er2005.pdf

I loved the Fast 10s program. Short and solid little program.

Thanks for all the replies. I never found KB Muscle or KB Strong but did do Dry Fighting Weight (also by Neupert)

It's a EDT-esque program of double KB c&p and double front squats. All the reps you can do in 30 minutes, 3 days a week, with different reps schemes on different days.

I did acquire More KB Muscle. So with it and all the open source double KB workouts out there, I think I'm set. I'm back to ROP to nudge my press up and will likely do Dry Fighting Weight again when I'm ready for the next size up.

I got on the KB/Strongfirst bandwagon after everyone else got off, it seems, but it's working well for me. I've gotten good results combining Daily Dose Deadlifts, low volume weighted "Fighter Pull ups" and clean & presses.

I thought Return of the Kettlebell was pretty solid for a double KB program. Didn't really like the 'press with different size KB' idea since I have two 24s, but I got around that.

I always liked 'Prometheus Protocol', by Pat Flynn. I can't stand the guy, but he delivers nice programs.

Using doubles and done twice a week:

- 10x5 C&P, two minute rest between sets.

- 10x5 front squats, two minute rest between sets.

I like Pat, he hustles. I don't agree with everything he says, but that's the beauty of it. He has some great workouts and some not so great. Young guy, a little brash when he started, but he's original.

Neupert is far and away my favorite kettlebell guy. More Kettlebell Muscle is a treasure and you can find it for free if you do a search I like Mahler too, but he's gone way over the edge on the supplements.

Go to Mahler's website, EDT is my go to heavy doubles workout.

You should disagree with people. There are some people I CAN'T stand on other forums, I just don't reply and ignore.

I must confess you are my primary source on KB complexes/chains.
