I always liked 'Prometheus Protocol', by Pat Flynn. I can't stand the guy, but he delivers nice programs.
Using doubles and done twice a week:
- 10x5 C&P, two minute rest between sets.
- 10x5 front squats, two minute rest between sets.
I like Pat, he hustles. I don't agree with everything he says, but that's the beauty of it. He has some great workouts and some not so great. Young guy, a little brash when he started, but he's original.
Neupert is far and away my favorite kettlebell guy. More Kettlebell Muscle is a treasure and you can find it for free if you do a search I like Mahler too, but he's gone way over the edge on the supplements.
