FC,

Haven't logged in here for about a million years....yeesh.

I really like the Furminator's Combat Rok if you're going to be on the move. Really, REALLY worth the low cost.
Agreed.
OK I bought Combat Rok and Train for Life. What did you guys like about it and how has it contributed to your training?

My last achievement is pressup from headstand to handstand. Yesterday did three successful attempts.

that's good wildbill. You doing these all freestanding I assume? I have a randomly selected goal of sequencing together and L-sit into a tuck planchet then headstand into handstand. It's harder than I thought it would be, still working the component holds at the moment.

Yes. The current goal is free handstand pushups.

I still can not do more then one rep of free handstand pushups. And even that one rep its just one succesfull attempt from 10 or more fails.
Just not enough strengh.
Stumbled on this video. Pike pushups, but with more forward moving and nose to the floor.
Such way body will imitate way of moving during free hs pushups.
Started to do it.
will try to achieve 5*5 with elevated legs.

Good luck! I've decided to go back to the Gymnastic Bodies GST Foundation 1 program for the long term.

Next phase (after pike pushups) to free hs pushups. From pikepushups to bentarm handstand nose to the ground, third set was good.

Yes, but mainly it was because I have a hard time sticking to one program for an extended period. After talking with a few people who have been on this program long term, I believe it will benefit me greatly to stick with it this time. It was also a matter of lack of equipment (stall bars mainly), which shouldn't be an issue this time. I will work around it or just buy some.
