My last achievement is pressup from headstand to handstand. Yesterday did three successful attempts.

that's good wildbill. You doing these all freestanding I assume? I have a randomly selected goal of sequencing together and L-sit into a tuck planchet then headstand into handstand. It's harder than I thought it would be, still working the component holds at the moment.

Yes. The current goal is free handstand pushups.

I still can not do more then one rep of free handstand pushups. And even that one rep its just one succesfull attempt from 10 or more fails.
Just not enough strengh.
Stumbled on this video. Pike pushups, but with more forward moving and nose to the floor.
Such way body will imitate way of moving during free hs pushups.
Started to do it.
will try to achieve 5*5 with elevated legs.
