Faleev 5x5 book notes
Faleev 5x5 book notes
Remember Alexey Faleev, the subject of Pavel's "80/20" article on Tim Ferriss' site?
Years ago I plowed through his book on Google Translate and occasionally I've gotten requests to send some of you my shitty, disorganized notes. I've finally gotten off my ass and written them up for a friend. Anyone who wants can find them here:

The series is still only about half finished.

The breathing stuff is interesting. When I'm doing some rudimentary breath work to either increase my immediate HRV reading or reduce blood pressure, I do the inhale, pause, exhale, longer pause cadence.

Speaking of which... SolidDog, your blog says you write about Buddhist matters professionally. Would you mind posting a link?

I've completed the Faleev series. There are links to all 15 parts here: https://leansoliddogs.blog/2018/08/29/p ... ey-faleev/
With Allah's help, I'll start putting up the material on Konstantin Rogozhnikov that I posted here a few years ago.

As hoped, I've moved on to re-writing my old material on Rogozhnikov, gleaned from his articles and (this was key) a board where he used to answer questions about this methods.
I'll link all installments to this page: http://leansoliddogs.blog/2018/09/26/ta ... anti-labor
Since I've written reader-friendly for non-PL types, Old IGx Bogatirs may prefer the shit that I originally posted on Rogozhnikov, archived here: http://archive.is/X6vWo For anybody who knows what they're doing, it's the same content.
