Far too many oddball thing shave worked to completely dismiss ideas out of had when it comes to full body strength movements. That said, prescriptive, percentage-based-linearly-rising progressions, IME, are dogshit. This looks very sensible e on paper for someone with a BW DL up to maybe 2xBW. Or .75 BW n=bench or a 1.5 BW squat. This make me very curious if this guy ever tried anything like this.
Once you plug in real numbers, thing will not track this easily and you'll be right back where you belong with an autoregged progression that includes no Rx's percentage work.
