Setting aside the awfulness of television, it's cool to see. I think that gymnastics, with an emphasis on pure strength moves as opposed tumbling, is actually a good choice for long term maintenance of strength. Did they mention how long these two had been doing hand balancing stuff? I had to mute it.

Great video.
I remember GMB in some article mentioned that strength and balance are first for loosing with age, so everyone need to train it.
