hey brother. Just training and maintaining. Got my Purple belt awhile back and trying to fit into its shoes. Been doing some decent lifting having modified a lot of things due to scrapping injuries. Been doing a lot of work with bands and bull workers recently. Hit a pretty good lift the other day one the one arm barbell snatch. 100lbs for 12 reps left and 15 reps right. Several months ago I didn't know if I'd ever be able to do this lift again. The bands, bull workers and isometrics rehabbed me enough to at least get back to this level.
