<60 g carbs, and shooting for a 500 calories deficit but usually end up with closer to half that
I assume you use an app to count calories. Which one?
Yeah, it just makes it so easy. I am using MyFitnessPal basic. I'm aware that there are better ones and I will eventually switch to something like Chronometer but I just wanted to assure myself with compliance before shelling out for a subscription. So far, I'm sold on the value of it, which boils down to being mindful of everything I eat. It also shows me where I go wrong sometimes, so that's valuable as well.

No meat? Do you have protein estimate? Or do you know?

Are you high carb?

AEN sorry.

Your's seems pretty clear.

Always been amazed at vegetarians. Don't know how they do it long term and not just get fatty boom batty from the carbs.

I would say the simple answer is that I probably burn through double the calories in a day compared to anyone here. I'm on my feet working for 12 hours, then ride at least 5 days a week. 2-3 of those days are workouts or hard group rides, 1200+ calories. 6'-1", 155-160# at my fastest.

Ad on to that the fact that I'm naturally lean and there you go. My diet is extremely "clean" if that's what you want to call it. Produce and zero processed foods outside of some peanut butter. Plus I've never bought into any macro BS.

I don't have a lot of experience with vampires, but I have hunted werewolves. I shot one once, but by the time I got to it, it had turned back into my neighbor's dog.

Oh, to answer your other question, I'd say ~70g protein a day most days. Most in the form of beans, seeds, and nuts. Occasionally I'll ad in a veggie protein mix I get from Trunutrition if I'm training really hard for something and don't feel like I'm recovering like I should. I also take an iron/blood supplement called Hemoplex.
Other than that, my doctor has me eating A LOT of salt because I have a low HR and low BP and have been knows to pass the fuck out and hit my head on the counter from standing up too fast.

AEN, do you wear the gay biker clothes, tho? That might change the tenor of this discussion quite a bit.

We can only take so much, so consider your answer carefully.

Depends on why you're asking. I'm not gay, but this economy isn't looking that great, soooooo.......

Honestly, I'm a member of the Rapha Cycling Club and they send me a code to ride the club kit online. So what you see above is pretty much exactly what you'd see if I passed you up a mountain road. :Hangman:

Put a good chunk of butter in the pan, add good amount of oil. Fry some onion, add potatoes and sausage. When cooked, break two eggs into the pile, mix thoroughly. Enjoy with shots of favorite vodka. Yoga of Northern Barbarians. I keep the tradition alive in Down Under.

But I will enjoy anyway :)

Those are some good looking spuds, Bill. Enjoy!

And Bill may be the most Russian dude ever. Thrilled at going from boiled potatoes to fried potatoes. :supz:

Any time one of you motherfuckers decides to throw a little pity party....boo hoo my kid just watches tik tok all day....booh hoo I have to wear a mask to walmart.....boo hoo my woman won't swallow....

Go to the kitchen. Pull out your frying pan. And remember. You can fry up some fucking potatoes ANYTIME you want.

Potato frying makes for obedient teenagers in my house. Clean rooms, grocery store runs, mowed lawns, gardens weeded, etc. All i have to do is put some potatoes, a box grater, and some oil on the counter. :)

Just a quick PSA, you haven't lived until you've hashbrowned up some Japanese sweet potatoes.

I'm either a vegan monk or eating like Elvis, with lots of booze thrown in.

Lack of training has kept appetite down, I'm looking leaner though.
