shoulder mobility programs

Anyone have a good, aggressive program?
I read the whole 7-min rotator cuff solution in the Nuggets but it seems like it's more for strengthening.

The Gymnastic Bodies Fundamentals course includes some good stuff. It might be worth paying $30 for one month to get access to their entire catalog- the cost goes down for annual subscriptions.

I found dislocates with a light JS band extremely helpful.
One of the downsides of the Internet is that it allows like-minded people to form communities, and sometimes those communities are stupid.

Hard to find the lighter bands these days. elitefts.com and rogue seem to have been out for over a month now. I'm not sure Jump Stretch bands are what they were a decade or two ago, but looks like they have some in stock: https://flexband.myshopify.com/products ... -mini-band
