Nigga you ever met a Hawaiian? I can easily eat 1.5 kg of ribeye (~4,350 kcal) worth before I've touched anything else if I am training hard. I don't because, as I said before, I don't see it as healthy or reasonable for a person with nothing to gain from it.

Sure. The guy with the sled doesn't look like a Hawaiian though.

Overeating is gross. Unless someone is actually paying you to look or perform a way that requires it, I can't see the justification.

I swear I thought it was that little Japanese competitive eater, but it turns out...otherwise.

3500 calories of clean food and 3500 calories of dirty food are not the same.
I am yet to see credible evidence of it. There is a big crowd of IIFYM, if it fits your macros, that thrives on chocolate milk and hamburgers.

That's one of the advantages of drugs: you are able to put much more work in training, and so extra calories, wherever they come from, are not punishing.

Given the satiating effects and slow rate of digestion of protein I doubt it is possible to get considerable amount of calories from it. So they have to come from fat and/or carbs. 100 g of white rice is about 100 kcal. A kilo of it 1000 kcal. Good luck eating it. And then some to get to 7000 a day.
I'd like to experiment with it, because I haven't tried a macro approach regardless of food source.

But I was referencing the diet mentioned in the video:

7000 calories of a clean diet daily.

I just gobbled quite a bit of nice ribeye myself. So yes, I take it back, it is possible to gets lots of calories from beef alone, so getting to 7000 for a larger dude wouldn't be a big deal.

That Greg Doucette dude is just calling out liars like a juiced angry Gilbert Godfried and it's pretty entertaining.
Saw one of his videos calling out the Athlean-X dude using fake plates. Gilbert Gottfried sprang to mind immediately. It's so abrasive to watch and listen to him, but entertaining also fits. Paradoxical.
