Benny you bastard. Today my abs cramped after only one superset of 25 sit ups and 12 leg raises. I haven't had that happen in years. Plus I am disgustingly weak at these.

Be careful taking a crap for the next few.

Ab cramps on the toilet in the middle of a dump are not fun.

I hope what happened to me happen to Steven and he starts screaming and tries to stand up and then falls over on the bathroom floor while taking a dump because his lower abs are so cramped.


And then has to take a shower.

Alas, Benwald, I have experience with cramping, and can usually head it off at the pass when I feel the warning signs. I do have to thank you for making this post as it's reignited my interest in ab training, particularly this old school style. I am going to make a slant board. I remember doing 500 sit ups as a 12-13 year old at some kind of testing thing at school. I was going to stop at 200 but a guy next to me kept going so I kept going. We got to 500 and the gym teacher watching it told us to knock it off.
