Bodyweight strength training and yoga.

Startin log again. My training now consists from two parts. One day BW strength work, other day yoga.
Strength day i am also divide in two kinds, one strength day - pure strength.
Other day less strength and more technical movements.
This summer goal is chest to bar pullup.

Warmup.
Handstands. (doin them on each workout immediatelly after warmup)
Yoga ~60min (Baptiste viniasa power yoga flow)

Strength day :)
Warmup.
Handstands.

Strength part:
Pullups (each rep tryin chest to bar, but without success)
7, 5, 5
Handstand pushups on parrallettes, legs with support, head touching ground.
4, 4, 4, 3, 3

Finishers:
Elbow lever spin on parallel bars.

Chinups chest to bar.
4, 4, 3 from them really touched bar with chest 1, 3, 0

Yakutian pegtop 1/1, 5/5
Shrimp squats 7, 7, 7

Technical part on parallel bars:
Pressup to handstands and then to v-sit 2 singles.
From elbow lever to syraddle l-sit 1,2,2,3
From tuck planche to elbow lever 2 singles.

Chinups with trying chest to bar 4,4
Yakutian pegtop 5/5
Shrimp squats 3*(7/7)

Pullups 8, 5, 5, 5. In the third set one time touched bar with collarbone :)
Handstand pushups on paralletess, headrouching the ground. 5*4. First time did 20 reps in 5 sets. Day of records :)

Elbow lever spin on parallel bars.
Chinups 5, 4.
Yakutian pegtop 5/5
Shrimp squats 2*7.
