I saw that you usually do some thick bar curling. Why not hang your axle/thick bar up high and do chins and pullups?
You`ll get all the benefits of curling, pullups and thick bar work all in one.
I am toying with this at the moment myself.
You`ll toughen up.Unless you have a serious medical condition commonly refered to as
"being a pussy".

Bobby- I'm usually doing it for recovery/prehab if that makes any sense to you--makes my elbows feel good. That said, I like your idea.

Spent last week doing daily open water swims with fins. Took it easy for a few, and now back to the gym.

It makes perfect sense to me.My elbows feels a lot better when I add in some form of thick bar curls or pullusp/chins.

SQ is clearly the lift that has suffered most during my hiatus from intense gym training. Plan to ease into it slow-like WRT load; focus on volume for short term.

Pulling 211kg when you have had a hiatus from serious gymtraining is pretty impressive!
Wonder what you would have pulled if you hadn`t had that?
Keep it up!
